She was very responsive if we ever wanted to take a look at a property and open to showing us a lot of places. She taught us how to navigate the whole house buying process as it was our first time. She made us both feel comfortable voicing our opinions as well as always making us feel heard whether it be about what we wanted in a neighborhood, she respected our budget and so on. Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way.
