He is a highly ethical and professional. During the search for a house and the critical process of making a successful offer he was thoughtful and provided careful information on the comparables and pricing. He is highly knowledgeable and has a deep knowledge of the homes in Maple Lawn. Beyond that, he is knowledgeable as a realtor and guided us through the process of preclosing and house inspections. He was utterly meticulous, took time to explain each process, had a time table and online to do schedule as well as written details. As the closing documents emerged, he went through EVERY item to explain what these complicated documents meant. I did not sign off on anything without him explaining what these were. This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house.
