Buying our new home was definitely more challenging than selling our old one, but Gene never gave up on us. He spent a lot of time showing us homes and was always honest about what he saw. He pointed out things we might not have noticed ourselves, like exposed wiring, potential resale concerns, and custom features that could become expensive down the road. He also helped us understand the work and investment different homes would require. There were definitely times when we got discouraged, but he kept reassuring us that we'd find the right house. And he was right — we absolutely love the house we ended up buying. When we found the right home, his experience and connections also made a difference. He already knew the seller's agent, which helped us move quickly and get our offer in right away. That was a big advantage and ultimately helped us win the house. He also connected us with contractors to help us make the house into the home we wanted. It wasn't the easiest process, but he stuck with us through it all. We're extremely happy with our new home and grateful to have had him helping us along the way.

You did such a great job showcasing the property online, there were three offers and one accepted in less than a week. Outstanding job Katie and The Rubin Home Team and I look forward to doing business with you again. Thanks again.
