I thought Linda's skills and knowledge were known to me for the last 20 years. However, I was not aware of the depth of her knowledge until we were actively looking for a property. Her ability to clarify the property's report was extremely helpful. Linda's personality was so cheerful and she has such a great sense of humor, that the task of looking at houses went more speedily and pleasant than I would have thought.

She provided constant updates, even when my buyer was at fault with their end of the transaction. She made sure my buyer and their realtor were following through with their responsibilities so that we could have a smooth outcome with the transaction. Awesome!
