After a relatively unexpected relocation to Arizona, we engaged Ellen to help us sell our home in Montgomery County. While the home was our "dream home" we wanted to help others see it this way, too. Not only did she ensure that we priced the home appropriately, but she also helped us understand the things that we needed to do, as Sellers, to best position the home. The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. We continued to look at options over the next couple of weeks, but then lo and behold we got the call that the original buyer backed out! I couldn't believe it and before I knew it, I was moving in. Little did I know that there were multiple back up offers to mine. Had I not listened to Kristen, I would have never been able to get back in line and enter a bidding war to buy the home. Kristen's understanding of the market, where it was headed and what I needed to do immediately, made all of the difference. I will always appreciate her guidance and efforts on my behalf. This is my last home purchase/my forever home and I am over the moon.
