Our experience with Lise Wosick was top notch during the time of our purchase of land in Port Charlotte. She was very knowledgeable in the area in which we were looking. It helps that an agent knows about the surrounding area, and that was instrumental in our decision. She drove us and toured us around the city and downtown. It gave us a feel of what it would be like to live in the area. She also was very pleasant to work with, and there was no rush or pressure to make a choice. She also assisted us with all the paperwork and her contacts in the industry made for a very stress-free experience.
