She was available throughout the process whenever we had questions. We were very happy with the result of her services. We sold our house quickly for an amount that was fair for us and the buyer. We were extremely happy with Rachel's services. We recommend her unreservedly, and the only reason that she didn't help us buy our new house us that we relocated to the Midwest.

He also referred us to a great lender (John Petersen at TD Bank), who helped us lock in a relatively low interest rate. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!
