Where to begin to acknowledge all that Dave Jimenez did to help me buy and sell. First, I could NOT have gotten through the process without him. His knowledge, skill set, calm nature, listening skills and follow through are unmatched. He helped me through every decision I had to make, allowed me to vent and we laughed & I cried together. Leaving a family home that had been lived in for five generations was very hard for me. Dave understood the emotional roller coaster I was on. There was never a time I reached out to him that he wasn’t swiftly responsive. He followed up on every detail of selling and buying. Selling was much more challenging than buying and Dave handled both seamlessly. Dave showed me homes I was interested in seeing very quickly. He has wonderful support staff and utilized great support services for home inspection and closing. Dave clearly cares that all details are taken care of and works hard to ensure client happiness. I was brand new to the home buying process and Lisa was extremely patient and helpful. She was able to show me a lot of variety of houses in my price range, both of which I found for myself and she found for me. She was flexible with my schedule and always willing to talk to me about any questions. The home buying process can be really stressful and Lisa made it easier. She did not pressure me into a buying a house and wanted to make sure I was really sure and happy. She was knowledgeable about the process and broke everything down clearly so that I could understand without confusion, and was always willing to do extra research on any questions I had involving the house or the neighborhood. Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them. Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person. She provided regular updates and explanations of everything that was happening and made me feel confident that my listing was in expert hands.

Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. She was available throughout the process whenever we had questions. We were very happy with the result of her services. We sold our house quickly for an amount that was fair for us and the buyer. We were extremely happy with Rachel's services. We recommend her unreservedly, and the only reason that she didn't help us buy our new house us that we relocated to the Midwest.
