Tracey was very responsive as our agent, and followed up on our questions and concerns. She also specifically (and wisely) pushed the buyer of our home to go through a walk-through of our home after our rent back period, and photographed everything. This provided documentation when our buyer maintained that we did not meet the terms of the contract and that water was on the floor in the basement. That was not the case, and upon review of the documentation that Tracey provided we were able to get our full escrow back. So thankful for her experience and support!
