Kalethia was an amazing real estate agent throughout my home-buying journey. We searched for nearly a year and a half, and she remained patient, responsive, and willing to see multiple properties in a day. Her experience and attention to detail were invaluable—she always gave honest feedback and would never let me settle for a property or conditions she wouldn’t accept herself. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart rather than simply trying to close a deal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated agent who will advocate for you throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Kalethia!

Very much enjoyed working with Doug and the experience of him helping sell my home. He is extremely professional and very communicative. We had my home under contract in less than a week at a competitive selling price. He also expertly helped navigate the closing process as several different wildcard issues came up from from the buyers, including the day of settlement! Very appreciative I had Doug.
