She was able to see our house within the first showing which by the way, during off-peak season where the last agent said she couldn't do. She communicated every step of the way and was always available to answer any concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend Betsy if you are in the market to sell your house. This situation was not your typical home sale. My brother passed away in Maryland and I am in Texas and was required to be the administrator of the estate.
