The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.

Chris, listened to our wants and concerns. He showed us several homes and then helped us focus in on the best property to fit our desires. Great communicator and negotiator!

Kalethia was an amazing real estate agent throughout my home-buying journey. We searched for nearly a year and a half, and she remained patient, responsive, and willing to see multiple properties in a day. Her experience and attention to detail were invaluable—she always gave honest feedback and would never let me settle for a property or conditions she wouldn’t accept herself. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart rather than simply trying to close a deal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated agent who will advocate for you throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Kalethia!

Krystel was very helpful. She guided us step by step on what we needed and what was to follow through out the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and kept us informed with any concerns we had.
