We started our process by interviewing agents. Ellen came prepared with a variety of information, testimonials, fact sheets and also a book (for us to keep) with recent comps. She was thoughtful about pricing and strategy to sell the house getting us to the best offer, not just an offer. She listened to our needs around timeline and goals. Harman helped us purchase our home back in March 2020 so it was a no brainer to work with him on selling the home in April. From the moment we reached out to him he began working.
