Tineshia was always professional, she gave her professional opinion in a very kind way, and she never let anything ruffle the feathers of our working relationship; when it came to selling my house in Baltimore, MD. She is a licensed agent in several states and the Nation Capital; so I do not have to keep looking for an agent to sell me my next anything and that is another thing that I like about Tineshia.

Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way.
