I enjoyed working with Steve a lot. He was very available to show me listings and was patient as we visited around 10-15 places before I made an offer. Also he knows about the construction side of homes so he is able to offer his perspective on the quality of the finishes and the mechanical/electrical systems. Lastly experience is important because the process is quite complex and he clearly knew everything involved.
