This was my first experience buying a home so I was not sure exactly what I was doing. Huma was patient with me and helped guide me through the process. At first, I wasn't sure that I would be able to find a townhouse in my price range. I thought I would have to go with a condo, but Huma was able to work a miracle and find the perfect townhouse for me.

Jimmy was great. It has been more than 2 decades since my last home purchase, so it may as well have been my first. Jimmy was patient while guiding me through the process. Everything went smoothly and I'm in my new home, ready for the next chapter.

We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.

After a relatively unexpected relocation to Arizona, we engaged Ellen to help us sell our home in Montgomery County. While the home was our "dream home" we wanted to help others see it this way, too. Not only did she ensure that we priced the home appropriately, but she also helped us understand the things that we needed to do, as Sellers, to best position the home.
