As the closing documents emerged, he went through EVERY item to explain what these complicated documents meant. I did not sign off on anything without him explaining what these were. This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house. Based on my experience with Brian, I believe he would be just as special as a sellers agent.

Bill is extremely competent and knowledgeable. I have known him for many years and he has always been a professional and extremely responsive. My husband and I bought a condo from him years ago and made the sale through him as well.
