Shane was definitely the best and most easy realtor that I have every had to work with. He took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure to get back with any questions that I might have and I had plenty. He was there every step of the way and even afterwards. He even went out of his way to help me deal with some issues with the house I bought after I moved in. He did not have to do that, but I am so glad he did. With her excellent listing, we received multiple offers and negotiated a very nice purchase price with a honest and motivated buyer. She was there for both us and the buyer during the inspection and closing period and the process could not have gone any smoother. This is the 2nd time Nita has helped us to sell a property and she has helped us sell for a much higher value than even we thought we would be able to sell for.
