When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project.
