Bridget McLaughlin is a Superstar! Bridget was recommended to me, by a well established Professional in the Mortgage Community. She met with me and showed me properties that were on the market. Not only was she patient in sharing with me, information on the various properties, but she was technically astute in sharing with me the overall process of next steps on purchasing real estate, loan information, estimates, all documentation that would be required from me, during the process, and much more. I was always aware of "next steps," in the process because of her excellent professional insight. I was and continue to be impressed with her Real Estate technical astuteness, market knowledge, and negotiation skills. Bridget was awesome, and I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. I cannot recommend Laurie Muir more based on our experience in buying our home and, most recently, selling it. She’s a consummate professional, thorough, communicative and brings a passion and warmth to her work. We sold our home while living in another city. It could’ve been an extremely stressful period, but Laurie made it seamless and pain-free, helping us to get the house in perfect shape to hit the market. Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.

Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. She was available throughout the process whenever we had questions. We were very happy with the result of her services. We sold our house quickly for an amount that was fair for us and the buyer. We were extremely happy with Rachel's services. We recommend her unreservedly, and the only reason that she didn't help us buy our new house us that we relocated to the Midwest.
