I highly recommend using Mr. Marcum for all your realty needs! He is very informed with the market of the region, is very responsive, very helpful, has a great method to sell a home that was very effective for me where I had multiple offers in a short time and accepted an offer within 5 days of the house going on the market. His team are also very helpful, educated, experienced, and friendly in the full process from start to finish. You would be a fool to not choose him to be your Realtor!

Shane was definitely the best and most easy realtor that I have every had to work with. He took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure to get back with any questions that I might have and I had plenty. He was there every step of the way and even afterwards. He even went out of his way to help me deal with some issues with the house I bought after I moved in. He did not have to do that, but I am so glad he did. He saved me thousand of dollars and a lot of my time. If you are looking for a realtor give him a call you won' regret it.

Annette was a rock star! I was a first time home buyer and went into this process knowing virtually nothing about real-estate. I was fortunate to meet Annette during an open house. She was very friendly, engaging, and easily reachable throughout the entire home buying process. Josh exceeded my expectations in every way possible, and I truly do not believe anyone could have put together the string of deals that he accomplished for us.
