Will made what could have been a very stressful event for us go very smooth. Will priced the home at the right price that maximized our profit. This was done without any recent comps in our neighborhood. Will's knowledge of propr marketing techniques was obvious. Several people mentioned that it was the professional pictures and video that got their attention. We had taken a gamble and signed a rental lease prior to listing the home and needed a quick sale and settlement. Will got us over asking price and we closed within thirty days. We consider ourselves lucky to have chosen Will.

We recommend the Mark Frisco Team. We worked with ShaLee Adams on finding a home and she did a perfectly superb job. She followed our requests of starting out by contacting by e-mail as we were on the fence about buying a home and from there we progressed.. She made everything comfortable, professional, and enjoyably fun as well. Her knowledge and expertise of the area and of the homes on the market in the area helped us in finding our home. The home is perfect for us and without her we would not have found what we needed. She is a cut above, as the whole team in making us feel welcome and wanted as a homebuyer. Thank you and we give 10 stars out of five!

Linda was a great agent. Not only was she prompt with responses, she went out of her way to provide additional information and followed up to make sure what we wanted is what we got.
