Danielle was amazing and helped us through every step of the process! She answered our questions thoroughly and gave us advice and really made us feel like we were in good hands!!

Barbara was truly a bright light during a dark time for our family. My husband had been laid off for several months due to Covid-19, and when a new job offer finally came in from 1,000 miles away, we had to sell our house quickly! A friend referred us to Barbara and we are forever grateful. Within 3 days we accepted an offer for above our asking price - the sale went smoothly and Barbara was able to make sure that we could close on our former home in Maryland from across the country. We would recommend Barbara over and over again and are so thankful for all of her hard work and dedication to her clients.

I had worked with Jan in the past, so I had very high expectations. However, she far exceeded those expectations for the recent sale of my home. She provided excellent consultation and guidance throughout the sales process, from pricing to coordination of repairs and negotiations. My house sold in 2 days, for above the asking price. In Southern Maryland, she is very connected with other realtors, county government, repair contractors, and inspectors. I highly recommend Jan if you are buying or selling a home in the Southern Maryland market. Specifically, Jan helped me price my home competitively, coordinate with contractors to make necessary repairs, and negotiate with buyers to get the best possible price. She was always available to answer my questions and keep me updated on the progress of the sale. I felt confident and supported throughout the entire process, and I am so grateful for Jan's help in selling my home.
