When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing.
