Shane was definitely the best and most easy realtor that I have every had to work with. He took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure to get back with any questions that I might have and I had plenty. He was there every step of the way and even afterwards. He even went out of his way to help me deal with some issues with the house I bought after I moved in. He did not have to do that, but I am so glad he did. He saved me thousand of dollars and a lot of my time. If you are looking for a realtor give him a call you won' regret it.

Bety es una gran persona nos ayudo mucho con la compra de nuestra primera casa fue muy diligente con todas las cosas que se necesitaron, tiene una gran energía, es muy amable y es toda una profesional en lo que hace.

Working with Mr. Kobi made the home-buying process much easier. He knows the area very well and helped me find neighborhoods that fit both my lifestyle and budget. His knowledge about schools, commute times, and future plans for the area gave me a lot of confidence in my choice. He communicated clearly and always kept me updated, so I never felt lost in the process. He also worked well with the seller’s agent, which helped keep negotiations smooth and made sure my offer was taken seriously. He also gave me very helpful advice about loan options and connected me with resources that saved me both money and stress. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

We are very grateful to Debbie Balderson, O’Brien Realty, for her assistance in selling our home. Her experience and knowledge in the real estate business made the process for us smooth and easier to understand. From our first meeting with Debbie, we enjoyed her friendly and down to earth personality. We appreciated her spending the time to review, page-by-page, the documents she had prepared for our meeting. Debbie was 100% responsive to our questions and in relaying information and providing updates. If we contacted Debbie, we knew we could count on her to get right back to us. That was very important to us as selling a home can be stressful at times. Thank you, Debbie!!
