You're leaving money on the table if you use any other realtor. Amanda knows how to negotiate, hands down. I wouldn't want to play poker with her, and I'm very good. She knows her stuff, she has never dropped a detail in three transactions we've done with her, and she pushes for more than you even ask for. The one time I had to use another realtor, it was extremely obvious that Amanda is the best. All other realtors don't make you feel like you're her only client, like you're getting every penny (and more in my case) possible, and confident that the deal will go through. Don't even think about anyone else. She's the best.

During the entire home buying experience, Tyanna has been nothing less than perfect. She took us to house after house expressing her knowledge of what a good house is and how the one we were currently looking at measured up. Tyanna did her homework of each house beforehand so that if we had and questions l, she could give us the answer immediately and if she didn’t know she’d find the answer before leaving the property or soon after leaving. Tyanna walked us through each step of the home buying process and helped us however she could each step of the way. Tyanna isn’t one of the realtors that doesn’t answer the phone anymore once the deal is done either, she’s been available for each and every question or problem we’ve brought to her and have helped us through every one with no complaint. I’ve literally brought her name up to anyone I hear talking about buying a house. Usually I get a response back similar to, “I already have a realtor”, to which I reply, “But they’re not better than Tyanna!”

Steve is a wealth of real estate and Maryland geographical knowledge! We were selling an older home that we had spent a great deal of time/effort/finances on restoring to a more modern feel, but unfortunately could not eliminate all the old quirks. Steve made sure to highlight the big new changes while still upselling the charm of the home and the neighborhood. Our house went under contract in 10 days of hitting the market even at the tail end of the seller's market. The buyers loan was and FHA which came with many stipulations for an older home. A stressful process to go through for anyone, but Steve was exceptionally communicative and single-handedly pushed the deal through despite a more lackadaisical approach from the buyer's agency. We are very grateful to have had Steve on our side pushing things along as I'm sure many other agents would have been much less motivated to do so in the current market. Steve will listen to your concerns and treat your time with respect. If we ever return to the Maryland area we will undoubtedly seek Steve's help in finding us the right home.
