She is very communicative and stays in touch the right amount to keep you up to date and informed. She returns calls, emails and texts in a timely manor. She is very thorough and did well in the negotiations and writing of the contracts. We are from out of town selling a relative's home in the area, and she handled many things for us including meeting plumbers, painters, repair people of all sorts. She was extremely helpful in helping us to get everything done we needed to do. She is cheerful, professional and principled. If I could give her more stars, I would!
