We have engaged Marsha as a buyer's agent for over a year, and could not be happier or more satisfied with the services she provided. Working in a very competitive buyer's market, she provideed excellent advice and strategy, with a very successful outcome. She is exceptionally responsive; usually returning calls, texts or emails within the hour, frequently shorter. She is very patient, listens carefully to her clients needs and wishes, and explains the different processes clearly and understandably. She has been delightful to work with, and we could not recommend her more highly.
