I met Jocelyn 2 years ago when a friend of mine bought property in the lakes region. I have been working with her for 1.5 years to find a suitable piece of property on Long Lake. My wife and I looked at several properties during that time. She never pressured us, always had our best interest in mind, and spent an endless amount of time making certain we were happy with our current purchase. We had a prolonged negotiation process and her advice was superb. She is meticulous about details. We always felt that our best interest was #1 and wanted to make sure we were happy with the outcome during the entire process. I/we cannot say enough positive things about her and would recommend her highly to all our friends and family.

My wife and I live out of state and recently closed on a vacation home in Maine that could be our permanent home someday. As a couple not very familiar with the area, we relied upon Jocelyn for everything and she delivered! She has intimate knowledge of the Naples community and the property we purchased. We were in constant communication through the negotiation and closing process. She answered numerous questions promptly and was always available to get on the phone. After the purchase, she has continued to help us with vendor recommendations and other requests. In short, she made the process very easy for us which was huge as we did most everything from two hours away. Thank you Jocelyn!

Jocelyn went above and beyond to help us sell our Condo! Her calm demeanor really helped my wife and I get through a stressful time. We would highly recommend her to anyone ! Regards, Alan &Gale Raymond
