She can really help you narrow down what you're looking for; she is honest and upfront if you want her opinion or need some advice. Once you are able to narrow down what you want, she is great with sending potential properties your way and can quickly schedule a showing. She will help you spot flaws in a house and will point out things you didn't know you needed to know. Her sense of humor is great and helps ease the stress of the process.
