She was exceptional in dealing with local contractors when some last minute repairs were needed. Only negative is she is sometimes hard to reach via phone, but understandably she is very busy, but when I left a msg. she was usually quick to respond. Overall it was a very quick, easy and successful experience. I would highly recommend this Realtor for your next real estate transaction.
