First and for most she’s the BEST! If you’re looking in the nv area this woman right here is the one and only I will ever use again!! After struggling to find a realtor that would work with me, with the budget I had I was frustrated and I had almost given up but by pure chance we found Trisha! First time we spoke she put aside what she was already doing (attending a family event) and spoke with me and she was so kind, positive and genuinely excited for the adventure I was about to embark on. (buying my first home) I could write a book on how awesome she is! Trisha was so patient with all my questions and repeated questions as a first time seller with memory issues. She was kind, was available at nearly any time of day thru text, and so generous! She knew the market well and had solutions for every issue we encountered with the home itself.
