He was quick to respond to any questions night or day and always followed up with answers and or suggested solutions. He guided us with practical and local knowledge and we really felt we had an advocate looking out for us as well as providing eyes and ears on the ground. He previewed properties for us, took pictures, and gave us great advice. We looked at numerous properties before we went under contract and he made sure all the critical prep work was completed to allow us to close.
