I was selling an inherited house that had not been lived in for a couple years. I called Laci asking if she could meet me the same day since i was only in town for the day from Dallas. Unlike several other larger companies I called, she found a way to meet me in a couple hours. She was honest about issues she though there was with the house and how it would affect the sell price and how many would be interested. She also said she would what I needed to get the house on the market and get it sold quickly. I chose her over several others that I had talked too. Laci help find contractors for painting, roofing, HVAC, termite treatment and some simple plumbing work, not to mention meeting several others at the house in order so they could give bids on the job. She even help with getting old mortgage paperwork to the Title company. After the work was done on the house, she recommended listing the house at a higher price than we had discussed. We did and we got exactly what she suggested in less than a week on the market Laci went above and beyond what i expected. She kept her promise and helped me with getting it ready and selling the house. She made the nightmare of selling a from out of town so much easier. I have family in the realter business so I know a good realtor when see one - she is one! I highly recommend her.
