Had a great experience with Randolph. He helped me find my first home and was great to work with. I was very picky, but he took the time to show me many different houses and also added some color to the local market and what I should consider. I had just moved back to Shreveport after being away for many years. Although I'm from Shreveport, he was able to get me up to speed on what neighborhoods I should look at and what I should avoid. Randolph was very patient, resourceful and worked very hard. He has also helped several friends of mine and everyone came away very pleased. I would say that I have high expectations and a definite way of doing things. In the real estate world that can be a problem for many. When (as a buyer) you know what you want to fit your lifestyle, you look at a lot of houses. This process was super stressful. Some realtors can handle this and some cannot.
