This review is specifically on Cheri Harrison: You will find that you are spoiled if you ever find yourself dealing with any realtor besides Cheri. We recently had to use another realtor out of state (because Cheri isn’t licensed in that state). We quickly figured out that she had us spoiled. Not only does Cheri take care of all of the many details required to get a property closed, she forecasts out on the items that only you can handle (so you aren’t left scrambling at the last minute). Have you ever wondered what a “listing agent” actually does to earn their fee? I have, but only because I have never had a realtor actually work to get a property sold or closed. Cheri doesn’t just list your property and wait for people to call her. Cheri is proactive: she reaches out to other realtors who may have interested clients and also others in her network. She also assisted and lined up anything needed to close. Cheri will fairly earn 100% of her commission (and more)! It’s sometimes hard to see value in real estate commissions, but not with Cheri. Highly recommend! Best experience ever with a realtor.
