We were a bit leery of working with a realtor long distance, being 360 miles away. Lance listened to all of our wishes regarding location, square footage, indoor and outdoor living spaces, style, etc… He was most thorough and communicated throughout the process. Janet was so professional and always kept us informed about the market in our area. She was knowledgeable about what was needed to sell our house and always let us know whenever there was a showing.
