We ran into a very unique situation in this purchase as the seller passed away, and the property went into succession. Derrick took care of everything proactively to ensure that all we needed to do was have a brief conversation to understand the status of everything that was important to us. He went above and beyond to ensure that The situation was moving forward as quickly as possible.

Realtor extraordinaire Anne Trapp helped us buy our first home! She showed us a number of wonderful places and taught us so much while listening closely to our needs and concerns. When we finally found the perfect place, she worked quickly and diligently to help us close. She was especially great at negotiating with the seller. We loved having her in our corner!

Phyllis was truly an asset selling our property, especially being out of state. She walked us through the steps and gave great advice. I don't know how we would have been able to do it without her.
