Lathan was incredibly responsive and helpful through the entire process. He communicated frequently, was always available for a call or text, and went above and beyond the call on many occasions. Lathan is knowledgeable of the market. He was through it all with us!

Very responsive and great agent to work with

Lathan provided the utmost care, knowledge and professionalism any buyer could have imagined. His patience and willingness to go that extra mile is a quality-of-service that has waned in society the past few years. Caring for people, understanding their needs and desires is a human trait of compassion that few still possess. Lathan is genuine in his communication by making you feel he has your best interest in heart. He studies and listens to you in order to understand what you are exactly looking for in a home. He is very knowledgeable of the products he sells and will offer the best possible advice in making a decision in purchasing a home. Rev Realtors should be proud to have him on their Team. He is truly one of a kind. I'm glad and thankful to have met him
