I wanted to share my praises to Ms.Peggy Benson. She advocated for me from the very beginning of my house hunting journey. She was invested in helping me navigate though the majority of process. I can honestly say that she made me feel empowered to getting through the various obstacles & set backs I experienced. She also did an excellent job as A mediating facilitator between myself & the new property owner ( that was A tricky one ...but it ALL worked out ). She did A great job & assisting me & my kids to aquire this lovely place..... ALL THANKS & GRATITUDE to you Ms. PEGGY BENSON!!!

The home buying process would have been a real pain without Talia. She did EVERYTHINGGG she could for us and went above and beyond in many instances to get us our dream house. She’s also incredibly professional and friendly. The whole process was a lot easier with her around and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dan helped us purchase our first home in Baton Rouge. He is very knowledgeable about the city and understands the housing market. He was great a negotiating a good price as well as ensuring several important issues were taken care of. He is detailed, responsive but mostly he was very fun to work with! I highly recommended Dan!

I was a nervous wreck about buying this house. Michelle walked me though every step calming my nerves and making the sale happen. Excellent agent.... excellent person.

Darlene was amazing! She worked around my crazy work schedule, was always easy to contact, and constantly was working on our behalf to find the perfect first home. Could not have asked for a better realtor for the first time home buying experience. Highly reccomend her!
