Eric was referred to me by my realtor in Alabama and did not disappoint. He listed my house in Slidell and we had a contract within 35 days. I actually had three contracts on the property. Eric and I spoke over the phone regularly; he was available at any time, and made an out of state sale pretty much worry free. I am impressed enough with Eric that he is the selling agent for a property in New Orleans. That house is under cash contract only 40 days after initial listing. He is professional, on point at all times, and, most importantly, makes his client feels like the client is #1.

Wow! An exceptional team!! Chris and JoJo have patience and really do care. They will make sure you get exactly what you want. No pressure at all.

I've bought and sold a number of homes in my lifetime usually my own home but also a few as an investment. Never had an agent work so hard and avoid so many of the pitfalls that can be encountered. Every time there is more documentation and buyer demands. Holly was our agent when we purchased this house and after renovation was again our agent to sell. Can't recommend her more highlyhighly!!!
