We were a bit leery of working with a realtor long distance, being 360 miles away. Lance listened to all of our wishes regarding location, square footage, indoor and outdoor living spaces, style, etc… He was most thorough and communicated throughout the process. Working with Lance has been a delightful experience, and we will continue to refer anyone who even mentions New Orleans to him.

Shalena went the extra mile in every circumstance. This was all the more impressive since I had already moved out of state and had to rely on her to handle many of the details on my behalf. She gave specific input on things that needed to happen before the house was ready to list, helped us work around unusual circumstances, provided guidance on price point, pushed back where appropriate on the home inspection results and even tried to find tile for me to replace one that was cracked.
