Purchasing our home was very complex and required a high level of knowledge (and patience) from Samantha. She led us through the process with grace and expertise. She had to wear many hats for us– project manager, legal counsel, and even handyman. When our deal was on the verge of falling through, she saved it in more ways than one that required sacrifice and grit. On top of that Mark followed up with me on a regular basis and modified the criteria as he learned more about what I really wanted. Mark took the lead he was extremely attentive and took the time to answer the many question I had about the properties we visited, the home buying process, neighborhoods and school and lots of other questions unique to a single female looking for a home. I felt like I could trust Mark to have my best interest at heart and that was really important to me.
