She really took into account what I wanted, but also helped me know what to ask for and helped me negotiate for the things that I needed. She also knew a lot about the local areas which helped me in my decisions. She also had great contacts with lenders and title companies that made the process very easy. I am so grateful that I had Anne to help guide me through the buying process and am so happy with my first home!
