Kelli was the perfect agent we needed to sell our home in a tough market. She is easy to communicate with and was always listening to our concerns. She will also be very honest about expectations and other aspects of selling a home (staging, repairs, pricing, etc.). She and her team went the extra mile when we needed to host an Open House which led to many additional leads. She got the job done and got our house sold. She is also very skilled at helping you purchase a house, too. She has no problem arranging a viewing of the houses you may be interested in. When we bought our house, she was there every step of the way to make sure we were updated on the process and helped us through the mountain of paperwork. I also appreciate that Kelli and her team are tech savvy and use electronic signing of documents which is a huge time saver. She's always a quick phone call, text message, or email away from getting the info you need.

We ran into a very unique situation in this purchase as the seller passed away, and the property went into succession. Derrick took care of everything proactively to ensure that all we needed to do was have a brief conversation to understand the status of everything that was important to us. He went above and beyond to ensure that The situation was moving forward as quickly as possible.
