Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.

We ran into a very unique situation in this purchase as the seller passed away, and the property went into succession. Derrick took care of everything proactively to ensure that all we needed to do was have a brief conversation to understand the status of everything that was important to us. He went above and beyond to ensure that The situation was moving forward as quickly as possible.
