From our very first conversation, I knew Heather was the perfect person to help us in our search for a New Orleans condo. Purchasing a property when you live 1,000 miles away can present its own challenges, but Heather made the entire process feel seamless. After listening carefully to our needs and “must-haves,” Heather created a personalized search to help us find potential matches. Knowing we had only a few days in town to view properties, she went above and beyond to schedule appointments at every place we prioritized. We were so impressed by her knowledge of the New Orleans area and the different condo complexes. At the end of our trip, we discovered one more potential property, and Heather worked her magic to arrange a last-minute showing before we left town. She truly made it happen! Throughout the process, Heather was incredibly responsive. Our calls and texts were always answered quickly, and she kept us informed every step of the way—from our initial offer through closing. We always felt that we could count on her. Beyond her expertise and professionalism, it was Heather’s personality that made our experience so special. From the beginning, we felt we had found a friend, not just a real estate agent. She was always looking out for our best interests while also taking a genuine interest in us and our lives. That personal connection made what could have been a stressful process truly enjoyable. Although we were thrilled to become New Orleans condo owners at closing, it was bittersweet knowing we wouldn’t be in touch with Heather quite as much. We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with her—and even more fortunate to know we’ve gained a friend in New Orleans. We cannot recommend Heather highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated, and genuinely cares about her clients, Heather is the person you want in your corner.

Heather was incredible to work with, taking the time and energy to help guide us to exactly what we wanted in a first home. I only wish we could buy endless homes, just to continue working with her! When we first started working with Heather, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted. We didn't! But with every conversation, she understood more and more about exactly what we wanted. There was a point where we got very heartbroken and discouraged so we took a break from the hunt, and she never questioned us for it. We returned back, looked at all kinds of houses that were all so different from the last, and searched endlessly. Then one night, she took a chance with our stubborness to send a house that we would've never looked at. When we stepped in, it immediately clicked with us that this was the one. And now we own it! We own a home that is exactly what we dreamed of, we just didn't know it then. And to Heather and the Be NewOrleans Team, we can't thank you enough for always being in our corner. Guiding us where we needed it. Endless cat conversations in the midst of house-buying chaos. And being the best support anyone could ever dream of. Thank you for helping us find our beautiful home!

Hire them today! Leslie and Heather are absolutely fabulous; I promise you won't find better agents who are more committed to their clients and more knowledgeable about the GNO market. They have represented us in three transactions, and each time they were truly exceptional. Whether selling or buying a home, they are remarkable realty warriors. A few of their most notable attributes: Diligent and professional -- -- They work tirelessly. Anytime we needed something they were there for us; they're unbelievably attentive to their clients' needs. Tenacious problem solvers -- -- No matter what crazy requests or demands the buyer or seller had, they knew exactly how to handle it. Excellent communicators -- -- L&H always kept us informed in a timely manner; we never had to ask for an update. Also, they promptly responded to the many calls and text messages as we were prepping the house for sale. Supportive and patient -- -- Thoroughly answered all questions and calmed my anxiety as I was riding an emotional rollercoaster while selling our home. There was lots of hand-holding, and they never once complained. Honesty and integrity -- -- Conducted themselves in the most admirable manner while dealing with absolutely absurd requests and ludicrous demands from potential buyers. (And there were quite a few.) Icing on the realtor cake -- -- They both have the most wonderful sense of humor! I honestly don't believe any agents would've worked more relentlessly to negotiate the best possible deal when buying and selling our home. As far as agents go... Leslie and Heather are a dream come true. IMHO, they are undoubtedly the best in the business. I can't even begin to imagine buying or selling a home without this spectacular duo representing us.
