As buyers unfamiliar with the New Orleans area, she helped us figure out where to look, and then actually showed us a house that she felt was a really good match - but didn’t look like it from the agents photos. She was correct, and we got a house we LOVED in an area that was a perfect fit for us. All of this was done virtually, as we were overseas! As sellers, we found Lane and her team were always excellent communicators. She was patient as we took almost a year of back and forth on our timeline to sell. We never felt that she was irritated by our changing situation (though we were!) Her attitude is unfailingly positive, helpful, professional, and boy does she work hard to sell your house at the best price. Sold in 10 days in a market that didn’t predict that. I would not hesitate to recommend her to represent either a buyer or seller!
