Phillip worked well in every aspect of the sale of our house. From the beginning, his advise was honest. He knew the Realestate market in the neighborhood. He gave me good advise. And he helped with all of the inspections. He worked with the Apraiser. When the buyer wanted the sale to happen fast, he was there to help out to empty out all of the family furniture. I was on the hunt for a home for about 6 or so months with Cody as my agent. To say this man displayed insane patience is an understatement. We had so many hiccups along the way with sellers, offers, etc etc., but Cody was there, doing everything he could to move us along the way. He was more than willing to make plans to tour houses with like a 24 hour notice and tour 6+ houses in a day, several weekends in the past few months. After closing on the house in which I currently reside, Cody is still helping me with issues involving the builder/seller/warranty stuff.
