An ongoing relationship with Art Cortner as a realtor, has established a connection of trust. Art is always looking out for my best interests and represents my side of the process of selling and buying houses in New Orleans. Thank you Art!

When I moved out of my house two years ago, Art Cortner helped me find tenants for the house during the time I chose to rent it. The people he found were respectful of the property, and always prompt in paying the rent. Later, when I decided to sell the house, Art helped me find the right price point, and presented the house beautifully in the online listing. I had a strong offer within days, and we closed a month later. Throughout the process, Art was a pleasure to work with. I hope I have a chance to work with him again.

Art has helped me find my last two homes. He's also helped me find tenants for three different rental properties. I like that I can always reach him on the phone, day or night. He's always professional, pleasant and working in my best interest. I difficulty arose in my last sale and Art was quick to handle it. He worked with the buyers agent to resolve the issue so we could move forward on the sale. I like that I can trust Art to always give me an honest opinion and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Had an excellent experience working with Mary during the sale of my home. Start to finish Mary and her team were professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Would definitely recommend Thanks again!
